ITINERARIO

• DÍA 1 - Night jungle tour

  The first day we started looking for him from 06:00 p.m. for the night jungle tour. The tour is mainly done in a car near Tarapoto that is rich in nocturnal biodiversity. Before starting the tour you will be equipped with the necessary instruments for the realization of the experience (boots and a flashlight). Our specialized guide will also make a small safety talk and once immersed in the jungle we will be explaining the different species that we find along the way. After about 2 hours we will finish our walk and we will resume the way back being at your hotel for dinner time, more or less at 09:30 p.m.

• DÍA 2 - Hike through the middle of the jungle

  The second day we will pick you up at your hotel around 08:00 a.m. in the direction of the Pucayaquillo waterfall.  Then we will start the 45 minute hike through the jungle until we reach the pucayaquillo waterfall where we will rest and take a refreshing swim in its waters. On the way back, we will go to take the lunch.  Around 03:30 p.m. we will start the return to Tarapoto, arriving at the city of the palm trees an hour later where we will leave you at your hotel.

• DÍA 3 - Relax in the Blue Lagoon

  On the third day, we will pick you up at your hotel around 08:30 a.m. to go to the willow town, where Laguna Azul is located. During the 2 hour journey we will make 2 stops: the first one to cross the Huallaga river in a captive raft where we will transport the car; the second in the viewpoint the tip of the gallinazo, a high place from where you can see the entire green bank of the Huallaga. Once we get to Sauce, we will go to its port and take a boat to navigate the lagoon for about an hour. Later we will dock the boat in the recess the spout. There you will have the opportunity to bathe in the lagoon, take a short horse ride around the playground and practice additional activities (not included in the price) such as kayak, canopy and jet ski. When we finish, we will go to lunch on the shores of the lagoon a tourist menu where you can choose between different dishes of Amazonian cuisine. After around 04:00 p.m. we will begin the return to Tarapoto and around 05:30 p.m. We will be leaving you at your hotel. End of the tour to Laguna Azul.

• DÍA 4 - Waterfall Day

  v

  The fourth day is the turn of the waterfall of Ahuashiyacu and its lesser known older sister, the cataract of the Swallows. The tour starts at 9:00 a.m., picking up accommodation. The catrata is just 13 kilometers from Tarapoto and before arriving we will make a stop at the lookout mountain range to take pictures. Once in the reserve we will make a first stop at the Ahuashiyacu waterfall to take a bath if they wish. Then we will go to the longest waterfall of the Swallows to which we will arrive half an hour later. There, we will take a bath, rest and resume the way back to go by car to the restaurant Paraiso Verde that enjoys stunning views of the waterfall and the mountain range. In this establishment we will have lunch and we can also use your pool. After, more or less around 4:00 pm. We will return to Tarapoto. End of the Ahuashiyacu and Golondrinas Tour

• DÍA 5 - Farewell in Tarapoto

  The farewell day we pick you up at your hotel from 09:00 in the morning to go first to the cigar factory, tobacco factory in Oriente. There we will take a guided tour of its facilities where we will learn the process of making these tasty cigars of international success. Then we will visit the orchid chocolate factory where we will know the process of making chocolate. Finally we will go to the urkus animal reserve. There we will visit their facilities and the animals that temporarily stay there as the organization's mission is to rescue abused wild animals preparing them for reintroduction into the jungle. At around 12:00 p.m. the tour would be finished and we would leave you at your hotel again.
